“I usually work with my colleagues in the office. New challenges await me every day. To enable me to manage the entire event process, my skills are applied to different areas of the company.

In every project, I work with different people and cultures. I like the openness and the great trust of my colleagues worldwide. It is always exciting to discover and experience the different ways of working of other cultures. 

One of the best moments is when I travel to an event and meet the contact at the other side of the world in person for the first time. We spend a lot of time working together toward the same goal and then realize it jointly on site. This creates a connection. In this way, we overcome the final challenges as a team just before the event begins. These are challenges that often require a high degree of flexibility. In situations like this, we have to act quickly and find solutions at short notice. That is another thing I love about my job, because these tasks make you grow and come out stronger.”
